Event Description

1. The 100% deposit bonus event provides investors with additional funds that can be used for trading purposes (You cannot not open a new position with only a bonus in your account.)

2. This activity is available when every single deposit amount exceeds $100.

3. Bonus cannot be used to offset losses incurred during trading.

4. Bonus can be claimed on the "Deposit Bonus" section under your "Profile", and the successfully claimed bonus will be displayed on the "Bonus/Credit" section under "Position" page.

How do I claim my deposit bonus?

1. Investors are eligible to participate in this event when they make a deposit of $100 or more, and there is no limit to the number of times each investor can participate.

2. The bonus amount received will be based on the actual amount of your deposit.

3. Example:

• Investor A has successfully deposited $300, he/ she can claim a $300 bonus on the "Deposit Bonus" section under his/ her" Profile" page.
• Investor A has successfully deposited $300, he/ she can claim a $300 bonus on the "Deposit Bonus" section under his/ her" Profile" page.
• Investor A has successfully deposited $300, he/ she can claim a $300 bonus on the "Deposit Bonus" section under his/ her" Profile" page.

How do I withdraw my deposit bonus?

1. The bonus is considered to be the Company's assets until the investor has reached the threshold to claim the bonus. Investors only need to meet a specified standard lot to withdraw the bonus.
Standard Lot = Bonus Amount ÷ 3

2. System will calculate the standard lot corresponding to each bonus according to the order in which the bonus is claimed by the investor; investors are not eligible to withdraw subsequent bonuses if they have not reached the specified standard lot.

3. System will transfer your bonus from "Credit" to "Account Balance" after the above conditions are met in the order in which the bonus is claimed by the investor.

4. A standard lot is considered valid only if the position is held for at least three minutes at the time of trading.

5. Bonus expires automatically when investors have not been claimed for more than 24 hours.

6. The bonus is valid for 180 days from the date of claim to the date of deposit of the "Bonus/Credit". The bonus will be expired if the investor does not reach the specified standard lot within this period.

7. In order to avoid the risk of forced liquidation of positions after the expiration of the bonus, the investor must ensure that sufficient margin is maintained in the account before the end of the campaign.

8. If an investor does any of the following, he/she will be deemed to have automatically forfeited from the event and the claimed bonus will be canceled:

• Investor conduct withdrawal activity in their account;
• Investor takes the initiative to request for negative balance zero-out;

9. Example:

• Investor A makes 3 deposits, 1st deposit $300, 2nd deposit $50 and the last deposit $100.
• Investor A can apply for 2 bonuses of $300 and $100 respectively.
• Assuming that Investor A first receives a $100 bonus and then receives a $300 bonus.
• Investor A can withdraw the $100 bonus when he/ she reaches the standard lot of 33.33 (100÷3).
• After Investor A withdraws the bonus, the system will reset Investor A's standard lot progress.
• When Investor A reaches the standard number of 100 (300÷3), he/ she will be able to withdraw the $300 bonus.

Stop Loss (Margin Call) Conditions

1. When the forced closing-out risk in the account is less than 50% (100% during weekend).

2. When the net value of the account ≤ bonus/credit, that is, when there is no own funds except bonus/credit;

The occurrence of any of the above will trigger the system and result in the forced liquidation of some or all of your current positions.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The following terms and conditions ("Rules") apply to the rules of this 100% Deposit Bonus Event ("Event"). Successful participation in this event means that you have agreed to and abide by all the following rules. The company is the provider of the event, and we reserve the right to modify or cancel the event at any time without prior notice.

2. For any terms not defined in these rules, refer to the company's product disclosure statement or relevant terms in the client agreement for definition.

3. The company will, at its sole discretion, provide this event to all clients who have opened an account (referred to as "valid clients"). A valid investor must meet the following conditions:

• Must be a client of the Company and have a valid personal account ("Account").
• Investors must be over 18 years old and have not registered any account with the company.

4. This event is not applicable to investors' accounts in Premium Leverage (1000x leverage).

5. Investors agree and understand that they cannot participate in other deposit bonus events organized by the Company at the same time after participating in this event. Confirmation of participation in this event will be deemed to be an automatic give up of other deposit bonus events already participated.

6. This event is only applicable to specific countries/regions, and the participants must meet the qualifications for opening accounts in these specific countries/regions to participate in this event. All invitations created otherwise will be considered invalid. Applicable countries are governed by our internal policies and may change from time to time. Before participating in the event, clients are advised to consult with our online client service staff.

Legal

1. We are the sole arbitrator of this event. In the event of any dispute or matter not mentioned in these rules, it will be resolved by the management of the company in the way it deems fairest to all stakeholders, and this decision is final for all parties involved.

2. The bonus obtained may be used to offset negative balances in their trading accounts, margin calls or other arrears due to investors trading.

3. During the event, if any person is found to be abusing, illegally trading or operating, using any loopholes, errors, malfunctions or defects of the company's event to defraud, or obtain any rewards, discounts or other interests (if any), and to obtain any benefits beyond the scope of normal transactions, or any violation of the client agreement, product disclosure statement or other legal disclosure documents, the company has the absolute discretion to revoke or stop the account of the person, and According to these rules, it is determined that the person is disqualified from this event and has the right to recover the paid bonus. At the same time, any obligation of this platform in this event will be revoked.

4. If at any time, under the laws of a jurisdiction, the whole or any part of a provision of these Rules is illegal, invalid or unenforceable in any respect, the provision shall not affect or prejudice the provisions of these Rules. The legality, validity or enforceability of other provisions in such jurisdiction, and does not affect or impair the legality, validity or enforceability of this provision in other jurisdictions.
